  • Are you secure

    We use specialized payroll software which has twice won the payroll category in independent surveys by the ICAEW.

    All e-mails are covered by the top AVG security systems. Daily back-ups are held off the premises. We shred all necessary documents.

  • Do I need to re-register with HMRC

    If you are already registered send us your FBI-2 form which will allow us to receive tax code changes on your behalf.

  • Is it a fully managed service

    Once we have your information thats it! There’s nothing more to worry about.

  • How do I pay employees

    BACS: We create a link file for your online banking software. We then e-mail you the payrun which you then import into your system.

    Autopay, Payflow, Hexagon and Telepay: We send you the relevant bank autopayment lists that you then fax or e-mail to your bank after adding your passwords.

    Cheques or cash: We provide you with a cheque list.
